MyKhaya - The Platform

Aligning with our focus of bringing value to private landlords the myKhaya platform is a platform that allows private landlords to manage their own rental properties without the use of an agent.

Our team are currently hard at work developing the first phase of the platform, however we are so eager to share it with you that we thought we would give a sneak peek of phase 1. An entity is the legal owner of a specific property. Add multiple entities and entity types to effectively manage the properties under the specific entities.

ADD PROPERTIES

Add one or multiple properties under your created entities. Each property can then be managed independently with reporting at property level.

MANAGE LEASES

Setup a lease to guide the financial relationship between you and your tenant. Setup start and end dates, invoice dates, invoice amounts and even manage your deposits.

CREATE INVOICES

Setup recurring invoices that go out automatically on your behalf each month. Capture payments against invoices and view customer statements relevant to the specific lease.
